What Machete Cards is, what it costs, and what it handles.
What is Machete Cards?
Inventory and selling software for Pokémon, TCG and sports card dealers. You scan a card, price it against sold comps, list it to your storefront and eBay, and take payment at the show table — all on one record per card.
How much does it cost?
Silver is $10 a month or $80 a year: one seat, 2,000 AI scans a month, unlimited inventory and a storefront included. New shops get a 7-day free trial. Compare plans.
Does it handle graded slabs?
Yes. PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC and TAG slabs all scan in the same way as raw cards, and a raw card always keeps a manual-entry path for when a scan doesn't stick.
Selling at shows & online
How sales at the table, on eBay and on your own site stay in one place.
Can I take payments at a card show?
Yes. Each card's QR label opens its own checkout, and the payment is logged on that card's record. The card is marked sold on your storefront and eBay at the same time.
Does it work with eBay?
Yes. Push listings from the ledger, let orders sync back into it, or adopt your existing eBay listings in place. Quantities stay honest in both directions.
Do I get my own storefront?
Every plan includes a hosted storefront with checkout, listing the same inventory as everything else — a sale there delists the card everywhere.

Can I bring my inventory from another tool?
Yes. Exports from Card Dealer Pro, BinderPOS or Shopify, TCGplayer, Collectr and other POS tools import directly, a list of cert numbers rebuilds slabs from the grader's record, and live eBay listings can be adopted. Nothing is written until you approve the preview. See every source.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. Full CSV and JSON export of everything you have entered, on every plan.
