The fine print, in plain English
If a payment fails you keep everything for two weeks, with a banner. After that your inventory, ledger, search and full CSV and JSON export keep working — permanently. What pauses is the machine time: AI scans, lot pricing, marketplace pushes and label buying. Your records are yours whether or not you are current.
Seats change only when someone with billing access changes them, and the price is prorated. Removing a person does not silently drop your bill either — seasonal staff should not cost you two prorations a year.
$9 a month, on every plan with staff. A scanner seat can intake and list cards and cannot see what you paid for them — that is enforced in the data, not just hidden in the interface.
