The fine print, in plain English
Three things we will not do to you
We will not lock you out
If a payment fails you keep everything for two weeks, with a banner. After that your inventory, ledger, search and full CSV and JSON export keep working — permanently. What pauses is the machine time: AI scans, lot pricing, marketplace pushes and label buying. Your records are yours whether or not you are current.
We will not bill you for a seat you did not add
Seats change only when someone with billing access changes them, and the price is prorated. Removing a person does not silently drop your bill either — seasonal staff should not cost you two prorations a year.
We will not hide the cost of a scanner seat
$9 a month, on every paid plan. A scanner seat can intake and list cards and cannot see what you paid for them — that is enforced in the data, not just hidden in the interface.
