  • Sign in with your machetecards.com account by email, Apple or Google, or start a new shop from the app. If you use two-step verification, the app asks for your code.
  • Scan: the Scan tab opens on the camera. Hold a card in the frame and Machete identifies it and shows its market price. Pick the printing and condition, then add it to inventory with one tap.
  • Scan batches: photograph a stack with the camera or pick photos from your library, fix any card it could not read, and add the rest in one step. Each card photo counts toward your monthly scans, shown under Account.
  • Inventory: search by title or SKU, sort and filter by status, condition, grading, set, rarity and price, switch between list and grid, and change the status of many cards at once.
  • Each card's page shows what you paid, your asking price, your margin and your price floor. Reprice to market in one tap, fix a card that was matched wrong, or mark it sold.
  • Market prices: the current market price and the date it was checked, a price chart, recent sales by condition, graded values, a "Worth grading?" estimate, and a "See listings on TCGplayer" link. Card lookup finds any card, including ones you do not own.
  • Deals: buy, sell or trade at the table. Add the cards coming in by scanning or looking them up, with suggested offers at 70% and 80% of market, and the cards going out from inventory or by scanning their label.
  • Payments: record what the customer paid in cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or other, split across methods, or leave a balance to collect later. Cards you buy go into inventory, and every deal is saved with both sides and its payments.
  • Pulse: your inventory's market value against what you paid, and the cards that need attention: priced under market, going stale, or missing a price or a tag. A new shop gets a setup checklist.
  • Analytics: sales and margin by period, month, set and sales channel, for staff whose role can see them.
  • Labels: print labels and sheets of blank QR tags from your phone, scan a label to open its card, and attach a blank tag to a card.
  • Binder: every Pokémon set with what you hold, what is missing, and the cost to complete it.
  • Your shop: invite staff and set their roles, keep a list of consignors (where your plan includes them), switch between shops, lock the app with Face ID, open a support case, or delete your account.
