Inventory → Export. Drop the CSV on our importer — titles, grades, cert numbers, purchase prices, and SKUs all carry over, and every slab is verified against the grader's cert record on the way in.

BinderPOS / Shopify

Shopify Admin → Products → Export (CSV for all products). We read Shopify's variant rows directly — conditions from Option1, printings from Option2, cost per item as your cost basis, variant price as your ask.

ShadowPOS & other TCG POS

Export your product CSV from the POS. NM/LP/MP/HP/DA ladders, NORM/FOIL printings, and buy/sell/cost columns are all understood — cost becomes your basis, sell price becomes your ask.

Pricing → Export from the Seller Portal (Staged or Live). Quantities, conditions with printings, your marketplace price, and TCG Market Price come across; zero-quantity catalog rows are skipped automatically.

Collectr PRO → Export Data, from the phone app. Quantities, conditions, printings (including 1st Edition and Shadowless), cost paid, and market value all carry over. Watchlist entries you don't own are left out, and a card you never priced comes in with an unknown basis rather than a fake $0.

Neither has an export. Paste a plain list of cert numbers instead — we look every cert up with PSA, SGC, or CGC and rebuild the card, grade, and title from the slab record itself. Or just rescan with our mobile scanner.

Connect your eBay account and press Adopt listings. Your live listings become inventory in place — no CSV involved, and orders start syncing both ways from that moment.

The whole migration

Five steps, one afternoon

  1. Export from the old tool

    Pick your tool above and it tells you the exact clicks. Worst case it is one CSV; for Misprint or HobbyBox it is a pasted cert list.

  2. Drop the file

    We recognise the format on sight and say so — “Looks like a BinderPOS export, 94% match” — with a manual override and per-column remapping if we guessed wrong.

  3. Read the preview

    Rows come back grouped: ready, needs review (no cost in the file), and graded slabs. Untick anything that looks wrong. Nothing has been written yet.

  4. Slabs get verified

    On commit, every row with a grader and cert number is checked against PSA, SGC, or CGC. Where the lookup succeeds, the title and grade come from the slab record — not from the old tool's typos.

  5. Commit

    Rows import one at a time, so one malformed row costs that row, not the batch. You get an itemised list of anything skipped, fixable and re-runnable.

What survives the move

Titles, sets, card numbers, quantities, conditions, printings, languages, SKUs, cert numbers, grades, what you paid, and what you were asking. Money imports as money — cost basis and list price land as first-class fields, not as a note you retype later.

What needs your eyes

Rows with no price in the source file import at a $0 cost basis and are flagged, not hidden — the preview counts them before you commit, because a margin computed on a made-up basis is worse than no margin at all. BGS slabs import fine but cannot be auto-verified; BGS publishes no cert API.

And on the way out of here?

The same door works in both directions: every plan, including free, keeps full CSV and JSON export of everything you ever put in. A migration tool you can only drive one way is a trap with good marketing.
