Consignment Terms
This draft outlines how consignment is intended to work. Fee schedules, minimums, and payout timing are being finalized and will be published after attorney review — we'll confirm details when we talk.
The agreement
Every consignment is governed by a written agreement covering the specific cards, the fee structure, pricing authority, the sale window, and payout terms — agreed before we take custody of anything.
Custody and condition record
Every consigned item is logged, photographed, and condition-documented at intake. Consignor-owned inventory is tracked separately from company-owned inventory at all times.
Pricing
Target prices, price floors, and who may approve changes are set in the agreement. We will not sell below an agreed floor without your approval.
Sale window and returns
Cards that do not sell within the agreed window are returned to you under the terms of the agreement.
Payouts
After a completed sale, you receive the proceeds minus the agreed consignment fee, with an itemized accounting of the sale, fees, and any shipping costs.
